Move Memo legal document
U.S. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
How Move Memo handles consumer health data and how U.S. users can exercise applicable rights.
Version 1.0 · Effective and last updated August 7, 2026
1. Scope and responsible entity
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Move Memo Privacy Policy for users in the United States. It is intended to provide the disclosures and controls required by applicable U.S. consumer health data laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act.
The responsible entity is Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@kewoku.com.
2. Categories collected and purposes
Body and profile information: biological sex, date of birth, height, weight, BMI, body-fat percentage, lean body mass, and waist circumference. These fields support profile views and body trends.
Health and fitness information: the HealthKit types you authorize, including workouts, activity, heart, energy, body, sleep, respiratory, blood-oxygen, mobility, and related source information. These fields support summaries, trends, widgets, and workouts you choose to save.
Workout, location, and motion information: precise location, route, time, altitude, speed, accuracy, distance, pace, steps, cadence, and supported Apple Watch measurements generated during features you start. These fields record and display the workout you request.
3. Sources
Consumer health data comes from information you enter, Apple HealthKit records you authorize, device location and motion sensors, and your paired Apple Watch. Move Memo does not obtain consumer health data from data brokers, advertisers, or social networks.
4. Storage and collection
Health, body, workout, precise-location, and route data is processed on your device or in Apple Health and is not uploaded to the operator's servers. Move Memo's iCloud sync is limited to nickname, a compressed avatar, and nonsensitive preferences; consumer health data is excluded from that sync.
The current version has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, social login, or operator account.
5. Sharing, sale, and recipients
Categories of consumer health data shared or sold by the operator: none. We do not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, or provide it to advertisers, data brokers, insurers, employers, or information resellers.
Third parties and specific affiliates with whom the operator shares consumer health data: none. We have no affiliate receiving this data. Apple system services process information only when you authorize or direct their HealthKit, device, Apple Watch, or other system functions; details are provided in the Third-Party Services List and Apple's own privacy materials.
6. Your rights and request methods
You may confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data; request access and a list of recipients; withdraw consent; and request deletion. You can manage device-local information in Move Memo, use Delete All App Data, manage HealthKit records and permissions in Apple Health, and manage system permissions in iOS Settings.
You may also email privacy@kewoku.com. No new account is required. We may request information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request. Because the operator cannot remotely access data held only on your device, in Apple Health, or in your private iCloud space, we may direct you to the corresponding on-device control.
7. Response and appeal
We will respond to an authenticated consumer health data request without undue delay and within 45 days after receipt, subject to one legally permitted 45-day extension with notice. Applicable responses are free up to twice per year unless a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to the decision or emailing privacy@kewoku.com with “Consumer Health Data Appeal” in the subject. We will decide the appeal in writing within 45 days. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General or another competent regulator.
8. Changes, security, and children
We use system sandboxing, permission controls, minimization, and local processing. If data categories, purposes, or recipients change, this Policy will be updated and any affirmative consent required by law will be obtained before the new collection, use, or sharing begins.
Move Memo is not directed to children under 13. A higher local minimum age applies where required. Contact the privacy address if a guardian needs assistance.
