Scope and operator
This policy covers AnytimePlay (bundle identifier com.kewoku.AVDeck), provided by Xinxiang Kewoku Software Development Co., Ltd. It is a tool for playing and organizing local and network media that you supply. No developer account registration is required. The separate policies of Apple, your chosen media sources, servers and third-party services also apply to their own processing.
On-device files and playback information
Selected or imported files and folders, media indexes, playback history and position, playlists, subtitles, thumbnails and settings are stored primarily on your device for browsing, playback, resume and organization. We do not operate a developer cloud service receiving these files or histories. The App does not integrate advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. File deletion, movement, replacement and archive operations affect your selected files; back up important content first.
Network media and remote files
The App connects to WebDAV, SMB, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, NFS, DLNA servers or media URLs only when you add or use those sources. Server addresses and credentials enable the connection; sensitive credentials are stored in the device Keychain. Your selected server and casting devices receive requests, network addresses, authentication or media information needed for the function. Upload, copy, move and delete operations follow your actions and server permissions. Server operators control their own logs, retention and policies. Some file operations download temporary files. On-device data may also be included in system device backups you enable.
Local artwork and thumbnails
The library displays local artwork you supply and are entitled to use, embedded artwork and video thumbnails. It does not provide online film-information or poster matching or send file names or artwork queries to an online film database.
Permissions and system services
The system file picker grants access to locations you choose. Photo import uses the system photo picker and the items you select. Saving a video frame to Photos requests permission to add photos. Local Network permission enables discovery and connection to shared servers and casting devices. Manage permissions in system settings or remove saved sources. Refusing permission may prevent the related function.
Sharing, retention and deletion
We do not sell user data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking. On-device files, settings and records remain until you remove them or uninstall the App. Remove saved credentials through the corresponding source or settings before uninstalling where needed because Keychain items may persist. Uninstalling does not delete copies in external locations, exports, remote servers, receiving devices or system backups; manage these at their respective locations. We have no server copy of on-device files and records and cannot remotely inspect, restore or delete them.
Contact, website and third-party policies
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, logs or attachments you choose to supply, using them to respond and investigate for a reasonably necessary period. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unrelated private media. Necessary website security access logs are covered by the website privacy policy. Apple and your chosen servers may process requests in the regions where they operate; their policies explain the applicable rights and cross-border processing.
Children, rights and updates
This is a general-purpose media tool without a dedicated service of content for children. Guardians should manage the files and sources children access. Use on-device controls and system settings to manage files, permissions, sources and access credentials. Contact privacy@kewoku.com for questions about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or complaints. We verify requests only as necessary and respond under applicable law. We will update this policy if processing materially changes and give notice or seek consent when legally required.
