U.S. Consumer Health Data

This statement supplements the Privacy Policy for users in the United States, including rights available under state consumer health data laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and comparable laws.

Baby care and health records you choose to enter — feeding, sleep, diaper, medication, vaccination, temperature, symptoms, doctor visits, growth measurements, and related notes or photos — are stored only on your device. The App does not collect this information from your device, transmit it to us, or infer health data from other sources. Advertising data described in the Privacy Policy is device and ad-interaction information, not health data.

This information is used only to record and display care events, produce summaries and growth trends, schedule on-device reminders, and create or restore backups you request. It stays in the App sandbox on your device; pending reminders are held by the iOS notification system. An exported backup contains this information and is saved where you choose.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics providers. It is not used for advertising profiles, targeting, or revenue analysis. We do not use geofencing around health facilities and do not collect biometric data for identification.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of consumer health data, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. Contact privacy@kewoku.com, or use Privacy Choices in the App to delete all on-device App data and withdraw consent immediately. An authorized representative may submit a request where the law allows; we may need to verify identity and authority. Because we hold no server copy of device-only data, we will provide on-device steps and export tools instead of remote access.

The App is intended for parents, guardians, and authorized adult caregivers, not for independent use by children. If this statement changes, we will update the version and effective date above.
