Choose the channel that matches your request so it reaches the right team:

App version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, the steps you took, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots of the App interface help. Please do not send baby health records, photos, or an exported backup unless we specifically ask for a file to diagnose an import or restore problem.

Because baby profiles and care records are stored only on your device, we cannot view, export, or recover them for you. We will give you the on-device steps instead.

We normally reply within 2–5 business days. Verified privacy requests, security reports, and issues that require reproducing a restore problem may take longer where the law allows.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings, and request a refund through Apple's refund page. The App can restore an existing purchase with the Apple Account that bought it; no App account is needed.

Deleting the App or its local data does not cancel a subscription.

To report an inappropriate ad, open My → Settings → About & Privacy → Privacy & Legal → Privacy Choices → Advertising & Privacy in the App, or email us with the ad name, the time you saw it, and what was wrong. Do not include baby information.
